Intel Developer Community Legal Terms
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Intel Developer Community platform (including its forum, guides, and tools) you agree to these legal terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Intel Corporation. If you disagree with these terms, you may not access or use the Community.
2. Use of the Community
The Intel Developer Community provides a technical platform where developers can explore, share, and learn about hardware and software development using Intel technologies. By using the Community, you agree to:
- Use the Community for lawful purposes only
- Respect other users and not engage in harmful or abusive behavior
- Not reproduce or distribute content without proper authorization
- Not attempt to circumvent security or modify system files
- Use the Community in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
3. User Content
When you submit, upload or post content, including questions, answers, or technical guides (collectively, "User Content"), to the Community you hereby grant Intel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, world-wide license (with the right to sublicense) to host, use, distribute, modify, run, and display such content in connection with the Community.
Intel may remove any User Content at its discretion without notice. Intel reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
4. Prohibited Activities
By using the Community, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Use automated systems to scrape, index, or otherwise collect data from the Community without permission
- Attempt to copy or transfer data to unauthorized users
- Use the Community to distribute malicious or harmful content
- Use or disseminate any copyrighted material without license from the copyright holder
- Harass or engage in inappropriate behavior toward other users
5. Termination
Intel may terminate your access to all or any part of the Community at any time without notice for any reason, including (but not necessarily limited to) any breach of these terms.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Community is also governed by Intel’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordanee with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
