Chocolate Lava Cake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Butter and flour six 6-ounce ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
- Whisk together eggs and sugar.
- Whisk in flour, then melted chocolate mixture.
- Pour batter into prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are set and centers are still slightly jiggly.
- Let cool in ramekins for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
