1. Acceptance & Eligibility
- Access to services is limited to individuals aged 18+ and legal entities
- Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction
- Use of services constitutes consent to terms, privacy policy, and cookie policy
2. User Responsibilities
Authorized Use
- Properly secure cryptographic keys and wallets
- Never share credentials with third parties
Prohibited Actions
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Interfering with smart contracts or services
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and blockchain assets remain exclusive property of Elieura. This includes:
- SDK source code and documentation
- Blockchain contracts and deployment patterns
- Prioritized licensing terms for enterprise clients
4. Service Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" with no warranty of availability. Blockchain networks are inherently probabilistic systems with potential for:
- Mempool delays or transaction errors
- Smart contract execution failures
- Gas price volatility
Users agree to independently verify the status of all on-chain operations.
5. Termination & Modification
Automatic Termination
Your access will be suspended if: (a) we detect suspicious activity patterns; or (b) you breach these terms.
Policy Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modifications.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with:
- Arbitration under UNCITRAL rules
- Exclusive jurisdiction in Singapore courts
- Governed by Singapore substantive laws
