Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll act as the primary contact for our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve their goals through our platform. You'll analyze usage patterns, facilitate trainings, and proactively identify growth opportunities while maintaining high retention and satisfaction rates.

Guide new clients through implementation, configuration, and training to ensure rapid value realization.

Monitor KPI (Key Keep Index) through regular check-ins and proactive support to maintain high client health.

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or enterprise client management
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and client success metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/platform products
  • Account management in tech or software spaces
  • Fluent Spanish or Mandarin (global clients)
