2. Quantum Resource Allocation

• Credit Limit: Maximum 1000 quantum credits per 24-hour period
• Usage Monitoring: Continuous tracking of qubit utilization and entanglement state coherence
• Overage Policy: Requests exceeding alloted resources will be paused until credit cycle reset

3. Prohibited Activities

• Quantum state manipulation for cryptographic attacks
• Unauthorized sharing of API keys or quantum circuit blueprints
• Reverse engineering of quantum entanglement verification protocols

4. Service Discontinuation

Ψ₂ΩΨ reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts for non-compliance with quantum computing safety protocols
• Modify API endpoints without notice during maintenance windows
• Terminate services for security violations of NIST post-quantum standards

5. Amendments

These terms will be updated to reflect:

• Advancements in quantum encryption standards
• New requirements from the International Quantum Computing Council
• Changes to data sovereignty laws affecting quantum state storage
