Full Legal Agreement

1. License Grant

Elsia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Elsia API services under the terms of this agreement.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering or decompiling API components
  • Creating derivative works from API content
  • Reselling or redistributing Elsia services

3. Termination

Elsia may terminate or suspend your access to the API for breach of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.

4. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and the Greek government, with jurisdiction in Athens, Greece.

Compliance Notice

Your use of Elsia services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
