You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes refraining from:

4. Termination

ελκΞ reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms. Terminated accounts may lose access to their quantum optimization projects and λ-automated workflows.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, specifically the Computational Ethics Directive (CED-2025/042-EU) relating to AI and quantum computing services.
