Welcome to the εληοαααα decentralized network protocol. By using our services, you agree to these licensing terms.

## Lice type
This protocol is released under the **Decentralized Open Access Licensee**, allowing non-exclusive, royalty-free usage for research, development, and deployment. This license includes:
- Perpetual use of protocol standards
- Modification for forks and forks of forks
- Commercial distribution with full traceability
- Integration into third-party applications with attribution

> ❗ **Restrictions**: License does not allow redistribution under a proprietary framework without explicit written permission.

## Permissions & Rights

### You May:
- Operate εληοαααα protocol nodes
- Submit and vote in proposed protocol upgrades
- Use API services for data access
- Access source documentation

### You May NOT:
- alter consensus rules without governance approval
- Reverse engineer or sell core cryptographic libraries
- Distribute modified code as "εληοαααα" without trademark license

## governance Participation

All changes to the protocol must go through our decentralized governance framework:
- Quadratic voting for technical and policy proposals
- Minimum 30-day review periods
- 67% majority required for activation
- 80% supermajority for consensus rule changes
