3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions charge automatically at billing intervals. Free trials expire after the specified period. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eliwa is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages from service outages, data loss, or third-party actions.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in compliance with local laws.
