1. Service Agreement

By accessing or using ελίοδα.web3 services (blockchain nodes, smart contract deployment, API tools), you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to end-users, developers, and enterprises.

Scope of Service

• Blockchain validation node access
• Smart contract deployment and execution
• Decentralized storage integration
• API endpoint access (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon)

Prohibited Activities

• Mining or consensus operations
• Network DDoS attacks
• Unauthorized token transfers
• Smart contract front-running

2. Account Management

User Obligations

Users must maintain the security of all accounts accessing ελίοδα.web3 services. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including API keys and wallet integration.

Important: We cannot assist with recovering lost private keys or forgotten account details.

Authentication

API keys can be regenerated at any time via your dashboard.

3. Usage Policies

Rate Limiting

Pro	100,000	503 with cooldown

Billing Terms

• Payments due within 7 days of invoice date
• Late fees: 1.5% per month or minimum $50
• Taxes applied per user's location
• All payments final - no refunds after 30 days

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ελίοδα.web3 services for any reason, including:

• Breach of these terms
• Persistent API abuse patterns
• Unpaid invoices over 30 days
• Legal investigations requiring account suspension
