your responsibilities

• Design interactive experiences that balance innovation with usability
• Work closely with engineers to implement complex interactive patterns
• Lead user research and testing initiatives to validate design decisions
• Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
• Collaborate with product managers to define user-centered solutions
• Develop design systems and pattern libraries for consistent experience

what we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional UX design experience
• Demonstrated excellence in complex UI/UX solutions
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Adope XD, etc.)
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Strong undetanding of modern web technologies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
