By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Xnach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content for operational purposes.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Data Loss Guarantee: We cannot guarantee the security or permanence of user-generated content.
• Limited Liability: In no event will Xnach be liable for direct or indirect damages exceeding $100 at any time during the 12 months preceding the event.
