Registration and Account

Use of Services
- Users must not engage in abusive patterns of usage that exceed allocated API quotas.
- No redistribution or reverse-engineering of software or intellectual property.
- Δελγβα reserves the right to update terms with 14-day notice.
Pricing and Payments
- Usage is billed per API call with minimum commitment tiers.
- We accept crypto and fiat payments with no interchange fees.
- Early termination of enterprise contracts incurs standard cancellation fees.
Termination
Δελγβα may terminate this agreement for any or no reason at any time with reasonable written notice.

Δελγβα provides services "as is" without warranty. Under no circumstances shall Δελγβα be liable for any consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
